Irdis Ltd, a firm of specialist informatics consultants, with whom we have worked successfully in previous engagements. IRDIS has a wide range of experience in informatics support within the NHS. They provide services to a number of provider Trusts, Social Enterprises and CSU clients in areas including National Tariff/SLAM, SUS and commissioning information support, analytical services, data warehouse and systems development, data migration and system implementation, data quality and information flow and process reviews and training.
Clinical Associates
AIM Consultancy Ltd is led by Catherine McLaughlin, with whom we have worked on previous reviews of emergency services. Cath works in England and Ireland at National and Board level, supporting the turnaround of the emergency pathway. She has previously worked nationally as part of the National Emergency Care Team and the Performance Support Team. She has considerable experience in remodelling the paediatric Emergency Department and more broadly in avoiding breaches of the 4 hour standard. She has worked at Board level in various posts, including Director of Nursing and Community Services and Director of Clinical Operations for a large London Trust.
We will also arrange access to other resources as required, e.g. junior analysts, that we can draw on if needed to ensure the work can be delivered to the timetable and terms of reference..
