Jo is a project manager / management consultant with a specialist interest in NHS governance and transformational change. Jo provides support to executive teams who are leading corporate change or compliance initiatives. Clients have described his work style as planned, disciplined and delivers. Jo has excellent communication skills that enables effective working with chief executives and their teams. He has a track record of handling difficult management projects with ambiguous and conflicting information. In his recent career, Jo has supported 25 healthcare-related clients and worked at a variety of different levels within the England health system (DH, SHAs, PCTs, Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs), acute and community providers, Royal Colleges, Local Authorities and Pharmaceutical Companies). In his work, he has focused on organisational development, governance development and change management. He has led multiple teams working in a collection of organisations on a common project, including a wide range of functions: governance, information management and technology. He has designed and implemented projects to delivery, and undertaken key evaluation reviews.
