Richard Bailey has worked in NHS finance since 1988, in roles at Regional Health Authority, Trust, Commissioner and Strategic Health Authority. At South West London SHA he was the regional lead for the National Tariff Payment System, costing and capital investment. He has since led on major financial modelling projects in recent years for a number of clients, including costing reviews, financial strategy option appraisal and business cases for investment. He also has substantial experience of information systems, coding and HRG grouping, having also been a Head of Informatics. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy and holds a MSc in Computer Science.
